Hi Gloria....yeah...sometimes it can drive you a little nutty...Sox is a TOTAL
mommas boy...he doesn't want ANY of the other animals to touch me...mostly the
puppy that belongs to him and Cricket (I'll be posting some pictures of him
later)....Sox likes to sleep on the bed with me too...SO..sometimes he lets the
cat...or cats...up there...IF I'm awake and make him...but God forbid if the
breath to heavy or move in the middle of the night...he jumps up growling and
barking...and sometimes bites them...he's such a spoiled brat! I've seen him
during the day...lay on the bed with his eyes CLOSED...and he must at least
THINK he hears a cat because he growls and sometimes barks...Oh...and my
husband doesn't appreciate it when he gets woke up in the middle of the night
when he has to get up for work every day at 5:30. I don't work anymore because
of medical reasons...so I have a lot of time to spend with my pets (babies) So
I make time for each one of them to have some one on one time...although to be
honest with you...Cricket doesn't really care one way or the other.lol lol MoJo
...the puppy...is like Sox..he LOVES attention! As far as the cats go...they
let me know when they want attention...I have one on my desk right now...and
one below it on a foot stool...I think the other 3 are on the cat tree. My cats
are all rescues...we've had them all spayed...I have one male..and he's
neutered....I'm glad everyone in here loves and enjoys their pets so much! I
know I do~~~Sharon...OH...what kind of parrot do you have? We used to have 23
different birds...from finches to an Umbrella Cockatoo. We had a sun room and
had shelves the whole way around it...Coconut..the cockatoo...would sit on my
shoulder while I took care of the rest of them.

I love my dog and my parrot but I couldn't live with multiple animals. I
have considered getting a second Chi but hesitate because I don't know if I
would have the time for two.
Yet, I can admire those who have multiple animals and lead a life that can
accommodate them all. We all make our choices in life.

  Gloria
