This actually made me cry for your little Cooper. I am SO sorry you lost him. I can't begin to know what you're going through and feeling. You were just trying to make him feel better. Again, I'm sorry for the lose of your little guy.
I'm sure this scares a lot of us about taking ours to the vet. I know it does me. The first time Chico had a rabies shot, he was fine. Back again in 2 years for his next one (same vet) and he had a bit of a reaction to this one. He felt fine, acted fine, but had a big knot where the needle went in for several weeks. It really scared me. Thank God it went down. The vet made a note in his file for the next one and what they'll do about that.
