She calls herself a "hobby breeder"  I just got an email a few minutes ago from 
a rescuer that has a black and white long haired Chihuahua that was rescued 
from a puppy mill...beautiful dog! I'm going to check it out. I didn't find 
that BAD breeder...someone sent me the information...I agree...I don't put 
anything in cages...or outside...I do take care of the cats that people dump 
outside here...I can't bring anymore in...I have my babies indoors...and they 
aren't allowed out...but people dump them here....my cats are all spayed...one 
male...he's neutered...the two that hang around here the most outside are 
neutered...
