Humm kk Does anyone have any photos of the difference between a long coat and
short coat puppy?? So I know if I am really getting what I want… I am just a
little iffy because I have had people tell me they have a long coat and it was
a half and half… not really a smooth coat but not a true long coat. I hope that
made since… LOL

Thanks J

Not sure if 2 years is the exact time, but it does take awhile for a long coat
chi to get her full coat in.  The pup has a puppy coat but then she'll go into
a stage some call "the uglies" where the bulk of the coat comes out and you
have a pup that may not so much look like a long coat anymore.  However, after
awhile she'll start getting in her adult coat in and will look more like a long
coat chi.
