she might do better on her own turf. If you could find someone with a small dog, that she could meet in her home. I'd ask around, try your vet's office, pet food stores, rescue groups, kennel clubs, etc. as she gains confidence, she will be more accepting of other dogs. you could also take her every where you go. I did that with my three, and they are very confident. Amie
