I forgot to mention.  The other lady is right - A Chi can't stay out in 
the cold/on a very cold ground for very long.  Their feet do get cold 
fast.  When I take Chico out to potty sometimes he just freezes and 
can't walk back so I go scoop him up fast and go inside.  And, when he 
takes too long to potty and I see him like that or he's raising and 
lowering his feet we go inside, warm-up and try again later.
