Hi all, Took little Toto to the vet yesterday as she has something bumpy under her spayed scar. It is causing irritation. the vet said that some rescues and shelters use stainless steel stitches inside as it is cheaper for them in the long run because they can resteralize the stainless steel stitching material and that it would be another major operation to go in and remove them from toto. I said no way. It doesnt seem to bother her as much as it does me! Does anybody else have any other information on this type of thing?
