You are so good to do this, Gloria. There are few chis here in the Northeast to adopt. Before I got my little man, I tried to rescue in California and they said ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! They would not adopt out of the county let alone the state. Maybe they need to rethink that policy to secure homes for those little ones! Good luck, those babies are lucky to get you!
