Hi, Denise!

I just added another chi!  I have a 2 and a half year
old and added a rescue that was 4 months old.  Both are males. In
the beginning I strictly supervised all play.  I still supervise,
but now I can be doing other things while they run around the house and
play tumble and fight!  I was told by the person at the rescue
that they don't recommend two females together.  When the play
became too rough, my trainer told me to put a harness on the little one
and whenever he went after the older i tugged and said, "don't bother
your brother".  It changed the dynamics immediately!  Good
luck!  I am certainly glad that I did it!

Hi everyone, I must admit that I haven't been in here for a while.
My

little Kadie is now 13 months old. She is such a little darling. But

I haven't been able to find a playmate for her so am going to buy a

pal for her. She is excellent with oldies as I take her to the

nursing home where my mother lives and they all adore her and spoil

her. I'm wondering whether I should get a male or female for her

companion. I must admit that I prefer female dogs, but want what is

right for her. I think the breeder still has one of each. I'll know

in about a fortnight. I was wondering what suggestions you people

could give me?

Thankyou in advance,

Denise in Australia
