Using heating pads with dogs is very dangerous. I am NOT criticizing the
person who said she uses one for her dog who has arthritis!! I'm simply
offering another alternative. I have used this SnuggleSafe Heater since I
first got Katie. She loves it!!!! Every night at bedtime, I put it in the
microwave for 7 1/2 minutes, wrap it in a soft blanket, and place it inside her
bed. She runs inside her bed, lies down on it, and I swear she smiles at me!!
LOL This heater is wonderful!! I never have to worry about any wires/cords
getting chewed on because there are no wires/cords. The heat lasts all through
the night - I've checked. Also, I don't have to worry about Katie wriggling
out of any clothes she's wearing (and possibly getting hurt). With this
heater, I can put her to bed 'naked' and know she will still be warm, even on
