Some females are very protective over her puppy's.Let her go out side and than check on the puppy's.I would let her do it on her time she will let you play with them just give her some time.

She was never like that before. shes always been a lovable and sweet chi. we let her do her business as far as her having her pups . she didn't seem like if she needed our help so we let her be. but she acted like if she didn't want us to even be there with her. we just wanted to make sure she was fine and that she didn't have any complications. I was jus twondering if this is normal? hopefully there is someone that can giv eme advice with this little problem... Please help!!! I'm just a little worried!!! But as far as the dogs and her they a prefectly fine.
