Hi, Mare!
Pardon my bluntness, but...big deal. They are only willing to settle
because they know they are WRONG!!!! Call the police!!!!!!!! The driver
needs to be cited!!!! You have witnesses! I know people are hesitant to call
the police, but that's what they are there for. You need to have a police
report to send to the company too. I work with the police and they want people
to call them. Please call the police!
