I agree with everyone's opinion of making a police report!!! If not only for yourself BUT for the next little helpless puppy he will run over. If he hit your car in your driveway, bumped into your son, demolished some shrubbrey etc. etc. This is even worse and should be reported, it is a moving violation as well as murder, hit and run.
