Emiliano spent the evening in the Emergency Clinic because my vet does not
have 24 hr care, so this morning, I had to go get him and take him back to our
vet. The Emergency vet is the one that said he might me ready for release
tomorrow but my vet had indicated he wanted him on IV for 3 days and that
would mean all day tomorrow. The good news is that after his check up, the
vet
wrote that his lungs are clear, his heart is strong, without a murmur, his
pulses are strong, his abdomen is soft, no pain, and he has normal skin
turgor,
all in all excellent.

Just got back from my morning visit with Emiliano. He is eating on his own,
looks real good, and wagged his little tail at me. He will stay on IV today
and tonight and then tomorrow, we'll decide what we are going to do but the
vet suggested he would probably be ready to come home.
