Yes you are the mom of a newborn. That is exactly my argument on letting them go at 8 weeks. It is far too risky. I hope that folks will open their eyes now. He is doing so much better but the vets now recommend that he eat every 4 hours, until he starts gaining more weight I am going to be like a mother of a new born, at my age!
