i think it is great that you are getting to see him so much.. my vet really 
discourages visiting .. he thinks it is too emotionally hard on the dogs 
to have owners coming and going.. but hey he is well into his 70's and it is 
really the only complaint I have with him.. otherwise I just love my vet to 
death.. he is a sweetie pie and well informed and willing to discuss treatment 
options.
