I just saw a 13 week old chi at the clinic with a drop in sugar and she is bigger and heavier than Emiliano. I also saw a darling 4 yr old chocolate chi with some sort of head injury, he was whimpering and it made me so sad to hear it and to see the look on his owners face. I wonder what the people who saw me, in my night gown and robe, when I first took Emiliano in, thought of me?! Gloria P In a message dated 12/31/2008 7:52:25 P.M. Good News Mommy...what a sweetie! I am so happy he is doing better. "OK MOM"...remember what to do with a new born?? lol That was a tough thing when Turbo needed 5-6 small meals from a syringe a day, plus the Nutri-cal, plus, plus...etc..a day, plus the Nutri-cal, It took Turbo 3 months from the time he came home @ 9 weeks - but he was really sick! He is doing so much better but the vets now recommend that he eat every 4 hours, until he starts gaining more weight. I am going to be like a mother of a new born, at my age! I was told to call at 11 am when the vet will decide if he can be released or will have to stay one more day. Gloria P In a message dated 12/31/2008 5:18:30 P.M.
