Guess we will be seeing the doc often then, cause I don't want this to happen again. I take her back tomorrow for a re check on her stiches, I am going to ask if this is something he can show me how to do. I really can't afford to go to the vets every 4 or 5 weeks..

She doesn't have Perianal Fistula. She had a infected anal gland. The vet lanced it and flushed it out and stiched her up. She isn't very happy about having to wear the E-collar.
