Guess I need to elaborate. Many of the costumes for Fantasy Fest, especially the competitions, are unique works of art, taking months of work & $100's, if not 1000's, of $$. I expect the Pet Masquerade Ball to be more of the same. I can't really spend that much, so I need to concentrate on the unique angle. Great ideas so far. Thanks.
