Yes, I realize how fortunate I am to still have her. I do wish she were closer though, Denver to Vancouver, WA is a long haul.

Sandy you are blessed to have your Mom around. You're doing the right thing being with her. Gloria In a message dated 11/21/2010 11:17:12 P.M. My mom is 93 so I try to get up here with her as much as I can. Trouble is, it’s a 2 day drive and I detest flying. I need to come back the end of Jan for 3 weeks and probably will have to fly…crossing I-80 through WY is usually snowpacked and icy. Hi Susan That sounds nice too. I remember growing up and my grandma always did the turkey & good old homemade gravy!! the my mom would make the rest of the dinner. We would all get together, mom, brother, sister her hubby, their kids etc... and all enjoy. I really miss those days! shanna Kavi's Christening N Communion Store Children's Christening, Communion, Formal Wear + More http://stores.ebay.com/Kavis-Christening-n-Communion-Store <http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb053_ZNxdm115XXUS> http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb053_ZNxdm115XXUS --- On Sun, 11/21/10, Sandra Wheeler <[email protected]> wrote: From: Sandra Wheeler <[email protected]> Subject: RE: [Chihuahuas] Who Is Cooking For Thanksgiving? Actually, mom will do most of it, no one can do it as well so I just back off and let her do it. I do the cleanup.
