Also, those dogs and puppies that were just confiscated in Indiana will be available for adoption soon. It also included lots of Yorkies. I am sure that you read the post for a rescue that (I think it was Dasha who posted), will transport and Carol does home checks and is willing to get involved with rescues to help get things rolling for any one who wants to save a shelter dog. This is the exact situation that I was referring to in order to help shelter dogs. I know you have a previous bad taste for rescuers, but they are not all like that. Many are willing to go the extra mile to find a forever home for a shelter dog. I really think if you put some effort into this you will be able to save one, and your experience as to how to go about it, especially out-of-state will help and encourage others to do the same thing.
