I know it's a bit late but... Chole, one of our weenies, is epileptic. Over the years we've put her pills into everything and she always finds a way to eat around everything, sooner or later. The only thing she hasn't been able to out nibble is mini marshmellows. I know it sounds silly but it works. I open it up, put it inside and smoosh it shut. it sticks and she eats the whole thing. Peanut butter was too sticky but if you mix it with honey, powdered milk, and wheat germ it makes a yummy candy and a good pill disquiser. Or, and this one is grosser but works. I chew up some dry cereal and smoosh the pill inside. It smells like people food and my spit, which I'm told dogs find tasty, and she gobbles it down. Maybe it will help for the next time.... Sarah

I put the first couple in his chicken and he didn't seem to notice them. But now he eats around it. I've always had a problem getting him to take pills and I was so happy that the chicken worked but now I don't know how to get him to take it. We've tried everything! Cheese, wet dog food, pill pockets, and more! He always either won't even try to eat it or will eat around the pill. Any suggestions? I really don't want to have to shove it down his throat. And he only has 2 left and he didn't take this mornings dose. Thanks, Lorena Sent via BlackBerry by AT&T
