Green tripe is unprocessed cow stomach. I know it sounds gross and believe me it smells just as bad. But my chis love it and its an organ meat, so really good for them in small quantities. I buy my frozen at the pet store. Just thaw it out and pop a pill in and away it goes. I mix a wee bit in their wet dog food at night too.
