I thought it was a "male dog" thing to look big and tough. I recently did a google research on it and read that dogs have SCENT GLANDS in there feet and kicking or rubbing them on the ground or grass puts there scent there for other dogs to be warned "I was here". Ricky kicks after every single pee or poo... and on a walk he pees alot!! its kinda cute to see him almost in slow motion as he does his kicking! How about anyone else's dog, do they do this and it is a male thing or does anyones female do it too. shanna & ricky
