Deanna, I feed my girls Evo. I did do the raw and weirdly enough neither one would eat it. Not even the raw bones! They won't touch it. I thought that was really weird. They both have really nice fur...its shiny and thick but they both shed. They also have nice teeth and are healthy, thank God.

Anyone ever tried that Shed Stop supplement? I never have but I have friends that swear by it...i think they buy it through Jeffer's Pet. I use a boar bristle brush every morning and every night on the chis and the boston...coats are shiny and silkie and no shedding. Again I think diet plays a huge roll in coat health. If I had a Chi that shedded a lot I would start re-thinking his food and find out where I could improve what I was feeding.

Valerie, I have a black and tan chi female and a blonde female and they both shed like crazy. I have to brush them 3 time a week to control it. I also have to use a lot on lint removal tape.
