take him outside or to the litterbox paper what ever you want him to go on and praise him give him treats when he uses the area you want him to. also put some of his bm and a piece of tp soaked with his urine in the area you want him to go on. that will give him the idea you want him to go in that area. and when he does do his job there give him a treat. Also keep him on leash with you at all times and take him every hour to the area and tell him to pee or poop
