Boiled chicken breast and cooked white rice will help to bind her up. OR you can try plain pumpkin from the can, but only give her 1/2 teaspoon twice a day for two days. It will regulate her system. If it isn't cleared up by the 4th day, then it could be worms or something else, in which case I would bring her to a Vet and also give a stool sample.
