Yes the breeder owes you a refund. Do not take another puppy from her...it
probably would be sick also. You don't need more heartbreak.
Call a lawyer that does free consultations and explain the deal to him.
Consult with him...then tell this totally irresponsible breeder that you
have talked to a lawyer and you want your money right noiw!
I am sorry you lost him. May he know peace at last. Prayers for you at your
time of loss.
