Cindy, I am so very sorry that you lost him. You tried everything that you could possibly do. Yes, you only had him for a week that means he was sick from the breeder. You are covered for that under the Puppy Lemon Law, and the breeder is responsible to give you back the cost that you paid for him, plus all the Vet bills. You can take the breeder to small claims court. You will need all the copies of the bills including copies of the test that the Vet did.
Google Puppy Lemon Law for your state and it will tell you all of your rights and where to go to put in a claim.
