I have a nine year old red bellied parrot and he loves Sammi. When she comes over, my daughter will lift her up next to the cage and Beau will say "Sammi, give me a kiss".&nbs p; I think birds are so smart, Beau may not see Sammi for a month or so but when he does, he calls her by her name. He also spent some time this weekend yelling at Emiliano. First he would yell, "Emiliano come here" and then if he saw Emiliano in the living room (where the cage is), he'd yell "Emiliano get in the den". And of course, because everyone was on the floor laughing, he would do it over and over. Gloria
