Hi I am very sorry to hear of your loss. I did not read all your posts, but believe you said you rescued her and that she was a breeder prior to you getting her. I did not read anyplace where you said what the vet thought she died from. She may have been allergic to the anesthesia? Any surgery is risky, especially when we do not know about the background of the animal, as yours, being a breeder / rescue. My heart goes out to you. Please keep us informed how you and your boyfriend are. Talking is also very good to help healing.
