Oh Judy, I think I would have a few more too if I didn't have a man to take care of! My 4 dogs 4 chickens the house and a job is about all I can handle !

Beth, He is mine. I end up keeping those who have been badly damaged in one way or another. Jewell hates children, so she is mine. Gabby and Nicky were abused. Bart is blind. I bought Martha and Becky so they stay. Mary is absolutely the best watch dog I’ve ever had, so she stays.
I do think however, that 8 is enough.

Beth,
Nicky is one of the last 2 adopted. He is obviously hand shy, did not know his came and would not come when called. He did not like being near anyone and would not get up on the bed when we headed to bed. I’ve had him about 2 weeks and
he knows his name and comes most of the time when called. He still has a fear of hands, but at least now he will let me pet him and snuggle him.
