Dolly was already microchipped when I got her. Desi was not...I got him at 8 weeks, so he must have been 8 1/2 weeks and almost 4 pounds. The syringe with teh microchip is a little bigger than the ones used for vaccines, but the chip is injected only through the fur...not into any muscle or anything. Desi seemed just fine like nothing happened - well besides giving everyone in the back tons of kisses!

I never had her or Smidgen done, as they were so small. I have an appt with the Humane Society in the morning to get Caramella done. Ori had his when I adopted him. Dani's was done when I had her spayed. I am not having Caramella spayed right now, so I am just worried about the pain when they inject it? Anyone else have this problem?Caramella is 4lbs 5 months Papillon Beth
