I just posted a question about that on my vet’s forum…I never heard of the
peroxide.

As per the discussion about the cat hair ball – don’t remember who wrote that,
but my vet’s office said they prefer to not use olive oil on the dog; if this
happens you should discuss it with your vet…also said to make sure that the cat
hair is not where the Chihuahua can lick and swallow it. I know this may not
be doable…you don’t want to lock the cats in the garage!

I have also posted the question about the Vaseline. I know my friend does that
for her cat, but sometimes things can react differently on dogs and cats. I
will post the answers when they are posted.

Had never heard of that remedy, glad it worked and that all is well.

My Chi got a hold of a Peanut Butter Cup unbeknownst to me and we spent the
nite up with him-we called poison control and they said give him some Peroxide
to help him vomit it up and out came a huge chunk of gold foil the size of
your thumb but about 1 1'2 " wide. What a nightmare. He must have found some of
the kids Easter candy.
