That is scary. I remember my brother saying once that he was painting the bedrooms. I guess he put water in the little pan that has the paint and put it on the patio to soak a little. They couldn't find their cat for a few days and then when they went outside he was laying by the pan - he must have drank some of the water and the latex formed like a balloon in his belly. So sad.

Yes, the scarey thing is that is when you think you have thought of everything, they still get into things. I was wallpapering a bathroom once and I had cut wallpaper and pieces everywhere...not even thinking they might be attracted to the glue on the back of this wallpaper. It was prepasted. A couple of days later they both started vomiting and having diarrhea. It had formed a mass in their stomach. But thankfully with the addition of some meds, they both passed it all in a few days and no surgery was needed.
