Ladies - these dogs are amazing (I know you know that already - but I'm still learning). They are like no other breed I have. My pug/shihtzu is a couch potatoe, my schnoodle is a loving, hyper, agile nut but Charlotte the chi - she is like a force to be reckoned with.
She's training me so that she will eventually sleep in bed with us (me, 2 dogs and 3 cats). But this morning - she left me speeachless (that doesn't happen much LOL). I go upstairs real quick to get dressed for work - I'm all done getting ready but dress last so I don't take a pound of hair to work with me. SO...I'm up there 30 seconds ....into my bedroom walks Charlotte like 'hey mom you done yet'. I was shocked - I had a toy box and a basket of toys at the bottom of the steps. My pug mix doesn't do steps, my schnoodle could jump over that in a split second but doesn't because he listens to his mama - but Charlotte - hurdled all that stuff and came up 16 steps...(I DO NOT want her doing steps just yet - if at all - I'll gladly carry her up and down like I do Liza). I finally said 'what are you doing young lady?' - she wiggled her tail, sat down, looked up at me with her good eye like 'I'll just wait til you're ready'. She was quite proud of herself I think too.... WHAT A PISTOL.... so head strong - and bossy...(it's ok tho)...I love it... Lynda
