Those charts don't always work. My little guy was a half a pound at 8 weeks, I was told he would be no more than 3 lbs at maturity. He is now 3 yrs old and weighs 6 lbs, 5 oz and when I told the vet I would like to see him lose a couple of pounds, she said he was not fat.
