Why in the world would anyone want to steal that many dogs, when they can get more then that from shelters and rescues since so many are being destroyed daily in CA? Doesn't make any sense. Plenty of people have surrendered microchipped dogs, so that doesn't prove anything. It is possible that those women could be hoarders who did save a bunch of dogs, but like most hoarders, they don't really know how to take care of that many dogs properly. I hope that we get updates on this story, but most importantly, the truth!
