Get to the unemployment office and sign up. Find a vet (if yours is not 
willing)to accept post dated checks for services if need be. May buy you some 
time.

I got laid off a couple of years ago. The unemployment benefits got me through 
until I found another job. 

To find work check out the website: www.Indeed.com I found to be very helpful 
and get on automatic email list for job postings. I took advantage of the 
services the the unemployment office had as well. I also applied to temp job 
agencies. The more places you have your name in the easier it is to get a job. 

Sometimes losing a job is a blessing in disguise. At least for me it was. I 
found a job I liked much better. Stay positive above all.
