It is a law everywhere probably. Easier to blindly make a law, without taking into consideration a dog or cat's health, then have to make individual decisions based on titer levels and if the pet actually needs a rabies shot. I would love to see this issue fought in court.. Yes Judge he doesn't need a rabies shot, his level is fine, but they insist I give him one anyway..
