I know my husband was on a vent but it is only temporary. I am sending prayers for your hubby.

I’ve never had to deal with anything like this before. Dave seems pretty calm but I talked to him on the phone a while ago and I think he was upset. Got home from the hospital late tonight...my one son and one daughter stopped by...as well as my sister...we were all at the hospital...they just left...I’m gonn feed my cats their canned food...do their dishes and go to bed...I have to be up by 6 to be back at the hospital at 7. One question...my Aunt said the EVERYONE who has heart surgery goes on a vent....does anyone know if that’s true? That really scares me.
