Good lord. Anyone who sold a puppy out of their car in a parking lot to anyone
who has the cash is a backyard breeder, at best. There are many things that go
into developing a healthy start for puppies-- one is early socialization and
keeping the pups with the litter until they are at least 8 weeks old. They
learn bite inhibition during that time. If the pups leave before that age, they
are more prone to really hurt someone if they ever do bite. I would bet money
the pup was sold at 5 or 6 weeks of age and never learned bite inhibition. That
is NOT the dogs fault, it's the breeders! I just don't get why people don't put
the blame where it belongs.
