What a cutie you got there! Love his color, and he sounds so smart already.
Yes, I would agree that he looks like a chiweenie and they are awesome dogs
from what I hear. So of course we love him! Great pictures of him too!
Interesting that you originally wanted a chiweenie to begin with. It was
meant to be, he was waiting in the wings just for you, and just like it was
meant to be for me to have my Gigi when I found her. She originally came
from backyard breeder who over bred her and didn't take care of her. I had
wanted a LH and had the name Gigi picked out, before I even saw her.....it
was meant to be!

So Congratulations, and I know that you will both be very happy together.

As far as the dish goes, I have heard some people say that some dogs don't
like stainless steel bowls, maybe because it is too cold on their nose, or
the reflection, or the banging of their ID tag hitting the bowl. I have also
heard of some dogs that don't like certain plastic bowls, maybe it's the
color, or maybe the smell of the plastic. What ever the reason, I am sure
you will find a bowl that he likes.

You can usually attach pictures in gmail to the groups, just like you would
to a private email address. I click on the attachment button and it opens my
files. Then when the group sees the email, at the very bottom we can click
on 'attachments' and that opens it to the group page of pictures. On the
group page with the messages it will also show the word attachments and
anyone can click on that to open it.

Smiles!

I have an album too called Gigi & Princess if you want to take a peak.

Super cute pictures!! Thanks for sharing :) I can't figure out how to attach
a pic, but I created an album called "Merit the rescue chi (mix)." I don't
have many pictures yet but it's a start!

Thanks for the thoughts about feeding. He is already getting a lot better
and he has only been home for 3 days! Patience is key :)
