Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to this thread.
The shelter evaluated the two Chihuahuas we were interested in and found that
they would not be good with children. That won't work for us because we have
young grandkids who visit us. :(
So our search for a new furry friend continues. Probably not going to be
Chihuahuas since they obviously prefer warmth!!!
