Some dogs just seem into it, one of my dominate pins would wash eyes and ears of everyone including me any chance he got. My 7mos old Chi, Alice loves to lick everyone as well. HoneyB is a boo boo licker, if anyone gets hurt I know when she starts licking them. She is a kisser too. Some dogs just can't seem to hold their licker..
