Even if it was aggressive.....so what!! The most it is going to do is bite your ankle and you will get over it. It's not a pit bull that can kill you! That is no excuse to murder it!! This is the type of people that the law allows to have guns? We are all in danger if this guy gets away with it. Anyone can kill your pet just because they don't like it and then claim they felt threatened?? Only a Sick COWARD Wimp would do such a thing and hide behind a gun!! The normal person would have tried to catch such a small dog and help the kid, not go get a gun.!! The guy is a murderer no matter how you cut it!
