I don't have names for you; twisted pair anything will probably be better 
than what you have. I have the cable purchased some years back which has 
several twisted pairs in each length. I have some with 4, 8, & 12 cores (= 2, 
4, & 6 pairs) and it's the business. Some of it has a shield as well, but I 
never bothered with that as I don't have the need for it.
