I'm using TOTX173 and TORX173 in my "Gemini" product. They are available from Spoerle in Germany. Spoerle is an Arrow company, and they're doing some kind of trick in Germany to carry Toshiba products, the invoice is written from "Unitronic", so Arrow US might not have Toshiba.
