Hi to all! I have a laser diode from a laser printer (HP 3L as far as I know). I'm desparingly looking for a datasheet for it but can't find any info. not even with google. So does anybody know where to look for it?
It has the mitsubishi logo printed on it along with the chars "3X111 A 5" and a "22", too. It is mounted in a metal can case (5,6mm diameter) and a small round glass window. The device has 3 pins. Which wavelength is usually used in laser printers? IR=800+ nm??? Thanks for ya efforts.
