I have a 'sharp lt026' 780nm, 3mW laser diode from a olivetti pg306 laser
printer. I presume this is a common wavelength (near the top end of infrared
scale, possibly visible?).
I was going to try building a cheapo low speed data tranfer using it but i
don't know the units focus or how its aligned...

Mikael
